Late and wrong.

I ordered three Your Highness dog collars on July 3, one large adjustable and two medium martingale. On September 6 my order was finally received. And it was WRONG. One large adjustable and one medium martingale were correct. But the second medium martingale that was supposed to be Your Highness was just a plain, purple collar. Late, no response to numerous requests and then when the order finally arrives IT'S WRONG!

Its not the product. It's the company. Poor customer service and careless, shoddy sales and shipping.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. Now I have to PAY to ship this back and then hope I get the correct collar by....Christmas?

Poor service.

I ordered three of these Your Highness collars on July 3, 2024. After month I wrote customer service on August 10 asking when they would be shipped and had no response. I then contacted customer service again in chat on August 21 and it was only a robot saying my order was being processed. After 6 weeks? I sent another e-mail on August 21 and received no reply. I submitted a claim to Paypal for a full refund due to this business taking my money but failing to ship to me or to reply to my numerous inquiries.

This is a pity as I have bought these collars before and I like them, however I will never do business with Big Dog Boutique again due to their lack of customer service and failure to provide a product in a timely manner.
